Using SaveNest
These terms cover the SaveNest website and Windows application. Use SaveNest only with files and accounts you are authorized to access, and follow applicable laws and the rules of the games and services you use. Contact guwenbo918@gmail.com with service questions.
Backups and restores
Local backup, restore and export do not require sign-in. Choose save folders carefully and review a restore before confirming it, because restoring changes game files. SaveNest verifies backup data and provides recovery controls, but byte verification cannot guarantee that a particular game version can load a save. Keep independent copies of important saves and follow the instructions for closing games and managing other cloud-sync tools.
Accounts and cloud storage
Keep your sign-in account and devices secure. Cloud features require a valid account and the access and capacity shown by the service. Device and backup usage share the relevant account allowance. Do not attempt to access another user’s data, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Account restrictions and storage limits do not remove your local backup files.
Plans and payment
Cloud storage is optional. Current annual plans are paid in US dollars and do not renew automatically. Review the price, capacity, term and any upgrade calculation shown before confirming a purchase in PayPal. Payment and refund status come from verified provider records. For a payment error or refund request, contact support with the order reference; do not send card details or passwords. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Privacy and third-party services
The Privacy Policy explains account information, Google sign-in, cloud files, diagnostics and your choices. Google, Supabase, Cloudflare and PayPal provide parts of the service and apply their own relevant terms. SaveNest is independent of game publishers; references to games do not imply their endorsement or guarantee compatibility.
Changes and support
Features and compatibility may change with application or game updates. Check release notes and in-app notices before updating or restoring. Service changes will be reflected in product notices or these pages. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact support if you need help ending cloud use or requesting account deletion.
